Holy Weight Gain
Apparently since returning to school I have gained my freshman 15. You know, the 15 pounds that most college freshman females gain. I didn't gain it when I first went to college, so I guess I was due.

Our temps are in the 70s right now and almost none of the clothes I wore last fall and summer fit. I had to go out while we were packing to buy shorts and pants for the trip. I was really depressed for a couple of days. Great way to start a vacation.

We had professional pictures taken while we were on the cruise. I look like I'm about five months pregnant. I have even put weight on in my face. That was a real wake up call. I don't want to look like I'm pregnant when I get pregnant.

I would like to lose between 25 and 30 pounds, but I don't really know how to do it. I am hungry all the time. ALL THE TIME. It's ridiculous. I was working out at the beginning of the year, but when school started I couldn't fit it in to my schedule. I realize now that that was just an excuse. So today I went and worked out. Well, until I had an asthma attack. Damn fitness induced asthma.

Anyone got any suggestions on how to lose all this weight? We don't have the money for me to buy a new wardrobe because I can't keep my mouth shut.

BTW, the cruise was great. Pictures are forthcoming.
