Something to make you jealous

Sorry, dear ones, for the lack of posts. My brother and his family of four children were here for the past week. Wee man had a great time with the kids, but we all stayed up late and spent too much time just hanging out. Now my house is a wreck according to dh (I agree by the way) and we have to clean it. We also need to put the Christmas decorations away before I go back to school next Monday.

But enough about that. I promised to share our trip to Cabo. Dh took a gazillion pictures of everything so I won't bore you with all of those, but here are just a few.

The hotel wrote this in shells and flower buds. It was our 10 year.

The view from our patio. The cabana beds cost $85 dollars a day. We didn't rent one.

The main pool from our patio. The water was warm like a bath.

This is the lobby. They sprayed all of the hard surfaces with lavendar. Dh says he wants the house to smell like that. Santa put lavendar spray in his stocking.

This is the view down from the lobby. There is water that trickles everywhere. It is very peaceful.

The headboard on the bed lit up. It was kind of neat, but really bright.

The rock formation behind us is called El Arco. It is very famous. Yes it was quite chilly on the boat. Actually it was chillier that we thought it was going to be. Who knew?!?!

There must be 20 pictures of this sunset. We were staying on Sunset Beach. One second the sun would be there. Then you would turn and say something and it would be gone. Crazy.

Flamingos are really ugly. And their knees go backward.

I really need to lose some weight. That starts on the second.


He's really not as cool as he thinks he is.

The waves were probably 10 feet at some points. We went out to get pictures and they were little. We couldn't swim in the ocean where we were staying because the riptide and undercurrents are so bad we would be in Hawaii now.
